Flat Rate Energy
NEMCAL through the state of California and our various energy partners, has recieved approval to offer the CORE Program which is a fully funded energy program designed to assist in the adoption of low cost flat rate energy.
Energy Storage
As we begin to move from NEM 2.0 to NEM 3.0 utilitiy companies such as Edison, SDGE, PGE, and others have began encountering problems with energy storage. As a solution to this storage problem NEMCAL has been authorized to subsize energy storage systems on a home by home basis.
Energy Efficiency
For low income families NEMCAL conducts energy efficency reports in order to assist low income homeowners in obtaining government and utilitiy based subsidies such as ESA, Medical Baseline, and CARE. These programs provide no cost solutions for new appliances, windows, and monthly electricity savings.

ABOUT NEMCAL
Ater the passing of the California Renewable Energy Act (CREA) of 2018; Nemcal was formed as an energy initiative aimed at helping families obtain low-cost energy and assist with obtaining state and utility subsidies for low income households.
Our initiative conducts field assessments to underserved communities through a fully funded program. We provide recommendations of alternative energy providers, ensuring that a fair and equitable approach to alternative energy adoption is achieved.
